What’s different between your system and the other alike ones I see online
Our biggest difference is our system is like Legos. The core system’s focus is to help assign work to get and keep guys out in the field organized helping to eliminate the demands for old fashion paper. This way you only pay for the things you need. Example in some cases you may not need geo fencing or billing solution as you may already be happy with what you have. To help reduce cost with these aspects they are not included in the core system. However if you demand such solutions they are available via plugins or you may work with our customization team to include things how you prefer.
Which Plan Should I Choose?
We have made that very easy for you. Just count how many employees you have and that is the plan you will get. Be sure to check what features come with that plan as you might have to upgrade if you want to take advantage of features that come with a larger plan such as our QuickBooks integration.
What Is “Per field user, per month”?
”Per field user” simply means, a person / staff working at your project location, no matter where it is. And, the per month cost is based on those number of users working on the field, while it’s billed annually.
For example: If you have 5 field users, you can sign up for our “Bronze” plan. $9.95 x 5 (users) x 12 (Annual) = $597, will be your base cost.

What’s The Difference Between “Per Month” & “Annual Subscription”
All our plans are available on Annual Subscription only, however, the price is mentioned in “per field user, per month” format for easy understanding.

My Business Is Seasonal, What Happens When I’m Not Actively Using The System?
We have you covered. We completely understand how businesses processes spike during specific season & are almost muted otherwise.
No matter which JobNotes module(s) you use, when that business is in Off-Season mode with no activity, we call is “Dormancy Period” & you’re charged only 25% of the monthly free.
You may also choose offline mode for which, there will be a one-time preparation fee that includes, master backup & freeze of your account.
Can we customize the system or add new features to it?
Yes, of course. We offer full customization service to all customers, including adding new custom features as per need. You can contact us to explore more & tell us about your customization needs.
Also note that, the system is modular, so you can install plugins or remove them as needed. More plugins will be made available from the dashboard itself.
